What is No-Fault?

The purpose of no-fault is to ensure hospitals are paid in full for the services they provide. Insurance carriers have, as of late, developed various problems in billing, which has resulted in taxpayers footing the bill for what is left unpaid. This is something our firm seeks to combat.
