Sheetal Paul joined Russell Friedman & Associates in 2022, with a background in civil litigation. Ms. Paul has represented national insurance carriers in both court and arbitration and spent significant time conducting examinations under oath of claimants and medical providers. Since joining the firm, Ms. Paul has shifted her practice to the representation of healthcare providers, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgeons, in the collection of their no-fault receivables.
Ms. Paul earned her law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY College at Old Westbury. As a law student, Ms. Paul was a judicial extern under the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly at Nassau County Surrogates Court and an intern for the Nassau County Attorney’s office, in the litigation bureau. Upon graduation, Ms. Paul was awarded the pro bono service award.
Ms. Paul speaks Punjabi fluently.
