Jennifer Vilca is Counsel in the No-Fault & Health Care Law Department of The Russell Friedman Law Group, LLP, representing a wide variety of healthcare providers, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgeons in the collection of their no-fault receivables. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Ms. Vilca handled personal injury and general negligence cases in courts throughout New York State. Ms. Vilca’s experience includes defending 50-H hearings, examinations before trial, and examinations under oath.

Ms. Vilca earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Family Court Review and as Vice President of the Latin American Law Student Association. While at Hofstra Law, Ms. Vilca participated in the Veterans Legal Assistance Project, a pro bono initiative that provides legal counsel to veterans of the United States Armed Forces and their families, regardless of income level. Ms. Vilca completed her undergraduate studies at Hofstra University, graduating Cum Laude from the university’s Honors College. During her time at Hofstra University, Ms. Vilca earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a concentration in America Literature.

Ms. Vilca is proficient in Spanish.
