Erin S. Stamper is Supervisor of the Firm’s No-Fault and Health Care Law Department, a 20-person team dedicated to assisting health care providers, particularly hospitals, Article 28 facilities, and surgeons, with issues concerning regulatory compliance, revenue cycle management, and collections. During her 15 year tenure with the Firm, Ms. Stamper has successfully handled hundreds of no-fault trials and arbitrations, recovering millions of dollars for medical providers. Ms. Stamper defends clients in Article 75s, De Novo, and Declaratory Judgment actions, and assists clients with insurance claw backs. She represents medical providers during the examination under oath and verification process. Ms. Stamper is skilled in drafting physician employment agreements, lease/license agreements, and disclosures. Ms. Stamper also interacts with the Department of Financial Services on issues involving proposed regulatory amendments and unfair claims practices.

With nearly 15 years practicing law, Ms. Stamper has experience handling litigation and transactional matters in a wide array of practice areas, including health care, insurance, commercial law, foreclosures, landlord-tenant, and residential real estate.
