Andrew Bruskin joined the law firm of Russell Friedman & Associates
in 2019 bringing a diverse background in personal injury, no-fault and
healthcare law to our prestigious team.
Attorney Bruskin represents hospitals, doctors and other medical providers
when they are denied reimbursement by major insurance companies under
the New York No Fault regulations. He handles the no-fault arbitration
process from inception to conclusion. Mr. Bruskin has handled over 10,000
no-fault arbitration hearings, over 100 no-fault arbitration master appeals
and has written over a dozen Article 75 briefs. He is also knowledgeable
about the EUO and the verification process. Additionally, Mr. Bruskin
advises clients on proper billing procedures and the New York State Fee Schedule.
Mr. Bruskin graduated from Stony Brook University, with a degree in history
and political science. While there, he decided cases on the University's
Supreme Court, the Student Judiciary and the Academic Judiciary. He also
interned for the United States Senate. Mr. Bruskin then attended law school
at the College of William & Mary. While there, he was a contributing
Editor to the William & Mary Constitutional Law Society.
Just because an attorney zealously represents a client does not mean the
attorney has to be hostile to other parties. Mr. Bruskin is a strong advocate
in the courtroom and at arbitration hearings, cultivating favorable decisions
from judges and arbitrators due to his kindness, his consideration and
